Two thoughts:

"I wonder if we ever really stop to think about how we're treating each other?"

"I wonder how many times a day God shakes his head in disappointment over things we have done to someone else, said to someone else, thought about someone else?"

Heavenly Father, let us not forget that Your word is our example. Help us to remember that we are an example to others who may not know Your word. Grant us the courage, the strength, and the wisdom to treat others as Your son Jesus taught us by his perfect example. May the things that we do, the things that we say, and the things that we think be acceptable in Your sight, for You are precious and we are nothing without You. Amen.

You're right. I think that we go through our days completely oblivious as to how our words and actions affect other people, as we selfishly go about our business.

Amen, April!
